The G-Voice Mobile team is always at you service, we will assist you with anything you may need or any questions you have concerning our service, we help you with any problems you may be experiencing and come to you when needed.

Incase of Loss or Theft

If you should loose or have your mobile stolen, which has happened to some of our customers then please contact us. We will then immediately disable your mobile phone dialer, our emergency call service is: +66 25309455.

Personal Callout Service

We will personally come to you, and install a new dialer at a time that is convenient to you. Our charge for doing so is simply to cover our time and expense, which we hope you will agree is reasonable.

 

Using Our Service is as Simple As
 
 
 
1. Contact our agent and fill in our Customer Sign Up Form

2. Allow our agent to install our Dialer on Your SIM Card

3. Your account is then activated and You start using our Service

To start making cheap international calls just make a phone call as usual, dial the number and call or pick a number from your phonebook.

Make sure the international number you are calling has the format: + country code, area code, number. Our system will then greet you with “Call Forwarding” and your call is connected within a few seconds.

To bypass our dialer simply press * in the front of the 001, 008, 009, 007 numbers.

To turn off our dialer press #99 wait for a few seconds and the G-Voice Menu will appear to turn our dialer on or off.

 

 

When Leaving the Country

Please remember to turn off our dialer when leaving Thailand, our dialer is a dedicated service for calls from Thailand only.

Our dialer service will not work in other countries, on your return please remember to turn on our service again, we are in the process of updating our servers to offer roaming .
